# Renascor Project Process

Renascor takes AI work from a business problem to a system in use.

## 1. Diagnose

Identify the process, cost or demand problem worth changing. Establish the number that should move and the operating constraints around it.

## 2. Plan

Size the candidate work against value, effort and risk. Agree the work that is worth doing and the measures that will show whether it works.

## 3. Implement

Build the agreed system, connect it to the relevant working process, and put it into use with the team.

## 4. Run

Transfer the architecture and operating model to the client, or operate the system on an agreed retainer. The work is designed for maintenance, monitoring and clear ownership after launch.
