# Renascor

## What Renascor does

Renascor works from AI strategy through to implementation and ongoing operation. The work has two mandates:

- **Recover:** take cost out of work the business already runs.
- **Rise:** build systems that grow revenue.

Typical work includes automating document and back-office processes, continuous market intelligence, reporting and reconciliation, lead qualification, offer testing and customer-retention workflows.

## How an engagement works

1. **Diagnose:** identify where cost and demand actually move.
2. **Plan:** size candidate work against money and effort, then agree what is worth doing.
3. **Implement:** build the agreed system and put it into live use with the team.
4. **Run:** transfer the architecture and operating model to the client, or operate the system on an agreed retainer.

The work is scoped to the business and agreed per engagement. Renascor does not publish a generic rate card.

## What makes the work different

Renascor builds one system that can be rolled out across the business, rather than isolated personal tools. It also designs for maintenance, monitoring and controls, so the system can keep working after the initial launch.
